Klima Azoka in San Sebastian

From 3 to 6 June, the Klima Azoka fair will be in Okendo Square in Donostia/San Sebastian as part of the Basque Environment and Ocean Week (BEOW 2024), a week to bring the public closer to relevant aspects of the environment and the oceans, celebrating World Environment Day (5 June) and World Oceans Day (8 June).

With the support of the Ekoetxea network and the LIFE Urban Klima 2050 project, KLIMA Azoka proposes a tour of different tents in which topics such as climate change, habits in the home, mobility, leisure and consumption, the LIFE IP Urban Klima 2050 project and also offers those attending the opportunity to formalise an individual commitment to make a decisive contribution together with the rest of society.

KLIMA AZOKA supports its action by using a playful dynamic in the form of a passport, with self-diagnosis tests, information, possible actions, etc. Each tent contains games to raise awareness about different aspects of our daily lives and their effect on climate change. The ultimate goal is for each person to take on a challenge, to commit to some action.
