CINEA (European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency) has accepted the report submitted by the LIFE IP Urban Klima 2050 project detailing the actions carried out between 2022 and 2023.
CINEA noted that the report submitted demonstrates the significant progress made by Urban Klima 2050 in the second phase of the project, which is aimed at achieving the project's objectives of promoting the energy and climate transition and making the Basque territory more resilient.
Field visit
Last February, the CINEA Project Officer and ELMEN, the monitoring service that provides technical assistance to the LIFE programme, had the chance to see first-hand the progress made during a two-day visit to Alava. The programme included an information session, where representatives of the project’s partners presented the progress achieved in the period 2022-2023 and described the visits made to some of the projects carried out in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
