We will create structures to facilitate climate governance and climate change observation and monitoring.

We will define new models for climate governance and launch the Hub for observing and monitoring of climate change in the Basque Country.

Results:

  1. Design the Basque Hub to improve the observation and monitoring of climate change, its impacts and its management
  2. Develop and test climate sector governance models
