Klima Azoka at the Basque Public School Festival

In person: Orduña (Bizkaia)

On June 1st, Klima Azoka will be present at the 32nd edition of the Basque Public School Festival, which this year will take place in the Biscayan town of Orduña, under the slogan “Errotu” ("To take root"). With the support of the Ekoetxea network and the LIFE Urban Klima 2050 project, Klima Azoka offers a tour through various tents addressing key topics such as climate change, household habits, mobility, leisure and consumption, and the LIFE IP Urban Klima 2050 project itself. In addition, it offers attendees the opportunity to formalize an individual commitment to contribute meaningfully alongside the rest of society.

Klima Azoka is based on a playful, passport-style dynamic, including games, self-assessment challenges, and action proposals aimed at raising awareness about the climate impact of our daily habits. Each tent includes games focused on different aspects of everyday life and how they relate to climate change. The ultimate goal is for each person to take on a challenge and commit to a specific action.
