Climate change hub: Observation and monitoring system

We are designing a climate change hub with the idea of consolidating existing and future knowledge regarding climate change in the Basque Country in a single structure. The Hub will be based on observation and monitoring climate change. The Hub will also to disseminate climate change information in different formats according to the target audience.
